Shawn Doyle

Shawn Doyle is a seasoned professional in operations and quality management with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Powell since September 2023, Shawn previously held multiple key roles at Konecranes, including Vice President of Operations and Director of Quality, overseeing business quality for the Industrial Crane organization in the Americas. Earlier positions included Quality Assurance Manager and Factory Manager, where responsibilities encompassed ensuring alignment of processes, managing operations, and achieving financial and strategic goals. Additionally, Shawn has a solid foundation in lean manufacturing from a prior role as Manufacturing Engineering Technologist at Superfly International. Academically, Shawn holds a Certificate of Law from Queen's University and both a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Technology from Memorial University, along with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology from NAIT.
