David Clerk

David Clerk has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. David is currently working at Power Central as the Director of Supply Chain Software, where they provide consulting services to clients, trains and onboards clients onto the platform, leads the Customer Support and Supply Chain Software Engineering Team, and trains and develops employees.

Prior to their current role, they were a student at Divergence Academy, focusing on Data Science. Before that, David worked at Trinity Industries, Inc. as a Maintenance Planner Data Analyst, where they built and analyzed freight and storage forecast models and identified cost-saving opportunities.

David also has extensive experience at SureBridge Insurance, where they served as a Reporting Analyst for over five years. In this role, they collaborated with managers from various levels to deliver solutions for complex business issues and developed and maintained over 50 automated processes, programs, reports, and dashboards.

Additionally, David had a distinguished career in the United States Marine Corps, where they held various roles such as Senior Maintenance Management Analyst, Department Manager Engineer Services, and General Manager, Department Manager Engineer Services. During their time in the Marines, they implemented continuous process improvement initiatives, created spreadsheets and databases to enhance resource management, and successfully managed and completed several projects.
