Raymond Stepp

Raymond Stepp has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Raymond is currently working as the Operations Vice President at Power Contracting, LLC since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at The L.E. Myers Co. as a District Manager from February 2019 to December 2022. Raymond also held positions as an Operations Manager and an Estimator/Project Manager at the same company. Raymond was previously employed at the City of Houston as a Project Manager from August 2009 to December 2014. Earlier in their career, they worked at Balfour Beatty Construction as a Project Coordinator from April 2004 to August 2008, and at Austin Bridge & Road, LP as an Estimator/Project Manager from May 1998 to April 2004.

Raymond Stepp obtained a Bachelor's degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University from 1992 to 1998. Raymond further pursued education at the University of Houston, where they earned a Master of Science (M.S.) in Construction Management between 2013 and 2018.
