Jennifer Cunningham

Ms. Cunningham started her career at Power Corporation of America in 2014 as an Executive Administrative Assistant. She was promoted to HR specialist in 2015 before taking on the role of The People and Culture Coordinator, and in July 2021, HR Manager.

Jennifer is responsible for the efficient and effective coordination of recruitment and onboarding, employee relations and HR management within the group of companies. Her expertise includes compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, as well as operating as the liaison between their electrical construction subsidiaries and insurance companies involving insurance related claims handling.

Ms. Cunningham received her B.A. in Interpersonal Communications & Marketing degree from St. Ambrose University. In 2019, she obtained her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certificate from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
