Jim Blesener

Jim Blesener has over 35 years of work experience. Jim began their career in 1985 as a Development Engineer at TSI. In 1993, they moved to ADDCO, INC as a Senior Engineer. In 2002, they became the General Manager of Quant Technologies. Jim then became the Owner of PEM, Quant Technologies, and C3 Trans Systems. Most recently, they have been the Vice President of Engineering at PEM, Power Engineering & Mfg., Inc.

Jim Blesener attended the University of Minnesota from 1982 to 1987, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE).
