Lisa Miller

Lisa Miller is an experienced sales and operations leader with a strong background in driving revenue and enhancing customer satisfaction. Currently serving as Director of Sales Center Operations at Power Equipment Direct since 2015, Lisa specializes in leading a high-volume contact center, focusing on coaching a team of inside sales and customer support professionals. Prior to this role, Lisa held several key positions at Waste Management from 2007 to 2014, including Senior Sales Team Manager and Senior Manager of Sales Productivity and Support, where responsibilities included improving business processes and managing sales support teams. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Elmhurst University.
