Mark Alvin Boongaling

Mark Alvin Boongaling is an experienced engineer specializing in renewable energy and control systems, with a robust career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as a SaaS Implementation Engineer for Power Factors since June 2020, Mark collaborates with customers and engineers to interpret project information and configure communication systems. Previous roles include Electrical & Controls Consultant at Arbutus Consultants Pvt Ltd., where Mark supported the commissioning of electrical and SCADA systems, and Asst. Technical Manager at Nayon Kontrol Systems, responsible for developing and enhancing SCADA applications for power plants. Mark's experience also includes management roles in engineering services and cost estimation, alongside technical positions in power plant maintenance and quality assurance. Mark holds a Master’s degree in Energy Engineering from the University of the Philippines and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas.
