Rizalino (R-Jay) Mendoza Jr.

Rizalino (R-Jay) Mendoza Jr. is an accomplished technical leader with extensive experience in the renewable energy and semiconductor industries. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Support for North America at Power Factors since June 2018, Rizalino has successfully built and expanded the Technical Support Team, ensuring effective communication between various internal teams to achieve customer business objectives. Previously, from January 2010 to June 2018, Rizalino held multiple roles at SunPower Corporation including SCADA Support Team Lead, where responsibilities included incident management and problem analysis for operational issues, and as a SCADA Engineer focused on maintaining high uptime for solar power SCADA systems. Prior experience also includes positions at Flextronics Technology and Rohm Semiconductor, both as a Product Test Engineer. Rizalino holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from New Era University in Quezon City.
