Jenna Sherlock has extensive experience in customer relationship management and events strategy within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Director of CRM Events Management Strategy at Veeva Systems since May 2019, Jenna previously held positions including Senior Manager and CRM Events Strategy Manager, focusing on commercial strategies in Europe. Prior experience at Roche includes roles as Customer Relationship and Experience Manager, where Jenna was responsible for implementing customer relationship strategies and enhancing CRM systems across Europe, as well as various project management roles. Earlier career experiences include web administration at ProductLife Group and store management positions at Alpargatas Europe and Havaianas. Jenna holds a Bachelor of Arts in French European Studies from Queen Mary University of London.
