Tala Irina Oteyza has extensive experience in customer success operations and technical support, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success Operations at Power Factors since January 2019, after holding roles as a Specialist in Customer Success Operations Reporting and Technical Support Specialist Lvl 1. Prior to this, Tala worked as a ROC Engineer at Conergy Solar Renewable Inc and as a Monitoring Engineer for Emerio, specifically for SunPower. Early career experience includes teaching positions at ACMCL College, where responsibilities included serving as a Robotics Class Adviser and coordinating computer hardware servicing and science programs. Tala holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering with a focus on Electronics and Communications Engineering from Divine Word College of Calapan, earned between 2007 and 2012.
