Thomas Arvanitis

Thomas Arvanitis is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the VP of Development at Power Factors since July 2022. Prior to this role, Thomas held multiple leadership positions at Inaccess from January 2004 to June 2022, including Chief Software Architect - Engineering Management and Head of Product Development and IT Operations, where responsibilities encompassed product development, managed services SaaS operations, and corporate IT services. Notable achievements include implementing Lean Management practices, leading the deployment of Atlassian Jira, and introducing Agile methodologies across product development teams. Thomas's earlier career includes roles as an Embedded Software Team Lead and Project Manager at Inaccess, as well as positions at Ellemedia Technologies and the National Technical University of Athens. Thomas holds a research associate degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the National Technical University of Athens.
