Sindhu Krishna Yarlagadda

Sindhu Krishna Yarlagadda, P.E., PMP, currently serves as the Lead Field Engineer at Power Grid Engineering, LLC since January 2020, following a role as Senior Field Test Engineer. Prior experience includes working as a Protection Engineer at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories from July 2016 to January 2020 and as an Electrical Engineer at AIM Electrical Consultants from February 2013 to July 2016, focusing on relay programming, power system studies, and the design of medium voltage distribution systems. Sindhu's early career included a Research Assistant position at the University of Houston, where a novel control algorithm for photovoltaic power systems was developed, and a Teaching Assistant role. Additionally, an internship at SEL provided foundational knowledge in protection and control design for high voltage substations. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering - Power Systems from the University of Houston and a B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Acharya Nagarjuna University.
