Rachit Kapoor is an experienced electrical professional with a robust background in power plant operations and management. Currently serving as the Head of Electrical at Sabson Energy since April 2024, Rachit has previously held significant roles such as Assistant General Manager of Electrical at Indian Acrylics Ltd and Power Plant Professional at Wartsila India Ltd, where contributions included the management of solar power plant projects and commissioning of various electrical systems. Additional experience includes pivotal roles at Bajaj Energy Pvt Ltd, overseeing the installation and commissioning of critical power equipment, and at Reliance Industries Limited, focusing on the maintenance of diesel generators and transformers.
