Douglas Bailey

Douglas Bailey is the Vice President of Marketing at Power Integrations. Douglas has over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, including stints as an IC design engineer and business unit manager. Douglas has a proven track record in product definition and strategy, sales, marketing, and application support.

Douglas Bailey began their career in 1984 as a student engineer at Marconi Electronic Devices. Douglas later worked as an IC design engineer at Inmos and LSI Logic Corporation before becoming a consultant at Sapiential Prime. In 2001, they joined ChipX, Inc. as the Vice President of Marketing and helped the US management team and Israeli R&D team create a commercial business plan and launch the next generation of technology and base wafer products.

In their current role as the Vice President of Marketing at Power Integrations, Douglas Bailey is responsible for leading the company's marketing efforts. Douglas is also a member of the Power Integrations Management Team.
