Murad Sahawneh has an extensive and diverse work experience in various leadership and board member roles. Currently, they serve as the GCHRO, Group Chief Human Resource Officer, at Power International Holding, where they lead the HR strategy and transformation for a conglomerate divided into five sectors. Murad Sahawneh, works closely with the executive management team to design and implement effective HR initiatives to support the company's growth and expansion plans. Furthermore, Sahawneh is a board committee member at Baladna Food Industries and Estithmar Holding, where they contribute to the nomination and remuneration processes. Murad Sahawneh, is also the President of the HR Leaders Club at SAP SuccessFactors. In previous roles, they have worked as a senior vice president and chief people officer at Innovation Consulting Group ICG and held various HR positions at Arab Bank, including head of HR transformation. Additionally, Sahawneh has served as a board member and council member in different organizations, showcasing their commitment to leadership and strategic decision-making.
