Meghan Oster

Meghan Oster, PhD, currently serves as the Research Director at The College Board, where research initiatives utilize various internal data sources to develop AP student profiles and analyze educational outcomes. Simultaneously, Meghan functions as a Yoga Instructor at Power Life, teaching Power Yoga 1 and Hot Yoga. Previously, Meghan worked as a Data Consultant for Gates Ventures, contributing to the Big History Project, and for ThinkCERCA, providing data analytics support for literacy programs. As the Director for Iowa College Aid, Meghan led strategy and research initiatives connecting Iowans with college resources and initially served as a Senior Research Analyst. Early career roles include research and assessment positions at the University of Michigan, Northern Virginia Community College, The Education Trust, and Baylor University. Meghan holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Education Administration from the University of Michigan, a Master of Science from Baylor University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from DePauw University.
