Marlena Flynn began their career in 2021 as a Marketing and Social Media Intern at Melicca Dunn State Farm Agency. In 2022, they moved to Power Partners, where they currently serve as a Recruitment Marketing Specialist. In this role, they are responsible for improving brand awareness and the reputation of Power Partners, as well as attracting candidates to the company through formal and informal branding initiatives, advertising campaigns, and direct marketing activities.

Marlena Flynn attended Virginia Tech from 2018 to 2022, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations. In 2021, they obtained two certifications from LinkedIn: Jeff Dyer on Innovation and Leading with Innovation.
