Isaiah started their career at Pacific Plumbing Of Santa Ana as an Apprentice, where they demonstrated adaptability, hard work, and strong organizational skills. Isaiah later worked at Crean Lutheran High School (CLHS) as a Head Throwers Coach, providing coaching and guidance to student athletes. Isaiah then transitioned to PorroVita, where they worked as a Self-Employed Head Accountant. Isaiah was responsible for managing accounting tasks and ensuring financial accuracy. Isaiah also gained experience in the field of payroll and labor compliance while working at Power Plus. Starting as an Accountant, they later advanced to roles such as Labor Compliance Specialist and Director of Payroll & Labor Compliance. In these positions, they supervised teams, managed compliance processes, and performed payroll and administrative tasks. Isaiah's work experience showcases their skills in finance, management, and compliance.
