Megan Richardson, CPHR, serves as the Head of Human Resources for Canada at Henry Schein One | Exan since April 2024. Prior to this role, Megan was an HR Business Partner at Phoenix Labs and the Director of People and Culture at Hyper Hippo Entertainment, where leadership focused on fostering a people-first environment and supporting company growth. Earlier experience includes various HR positions at D-Wave Systems Inc., ranging from HR Manager to Human Resources Intern, where significant contributions were made in recruitment and HR strategy. Megan holds a Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
