Lance Dowden

Lance Dowden currently serves as the Interim Global Head of Supply Chain at Power Sonic since November 2023. As the Managing Partner at Anchorage Partners, LLC since June 2007, Lance established a consultancy focused on strategic sourcing, procurement, logistics, and business performance management. Previous roles include Director of Procurement Services at Equian, where significant financial benefits were achieved through spend analysis, and Senior Director of Supply Chain Operations at Custom Bilt Holdings, LLC, where a comprehensive procurement and supply chain function was developed. Additionally, Lance contributed to logistics improvements at WellPoint, built a centralized procurement organization at ADESA, Inc., and implemented sourcing strategies at Cummins Inc. Early career experience includes serving as Assistant Project Manager at Celerant Consulting, leading projects that delivered substantial cost savings. Lance holds a B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington.
