Maik Cordes

Maik Cordes has a diverse work experience in the areas of product strategy, business development, and key account management. Maik is currently serving as the Head of Product Strategy - Portfolio & Cycle Plan at PowerCo SE since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the VP Automotive at FREYR from June 2021 to June 2023. Before that, they held the position of Sr. Director Business Development at Farasis Energy from January 2019 to May 2021. Maik has also worked at Johnson Controls for a significant part of their career, where they served in various roles including Technical Sales Director Li-Ion, Key Accounts Director China, Key Account Director Volkswagen, Key-Account-Manager, and Key Account Engineer.

Maik Cordes attended Leibniz Universität Hannover from 1990 to 1996, where they obtained a Dr. rer. nat. degree in Chemistry.
