Oliver Rotthege has a diverse and extensive work experience. Oliver is currently the Head of Organizational Development & Workforce Management at PowerCo SE, where they are responsible for developing a modern and agile organization to ensure sustainable success. Before that, they worked at Porsche Consulting as both a Manager and a Senior Consultant, advising automotive and software companies on strategy, organizational development, agility, and transformation. Additionally, Oliver Rotthege has experience at Volkswagen AG, where they worked in various roles including Corporate Strategy, Corporate Audit, and Corporate Treasury.
