Tom Wainas

Tom Wainas has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the fields of operations, digital marketing, client services, and sales.

Tom currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Powered by Search, a company they joined in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at EQ Works as the EQ Digital General Manager from 2014 to 2021. At EQ Works, Tom demonstrated expertise in programmatic and search marketing, focusing on delivering targeted messages to the desired audience across different digital platforms.

Before joining EQ Works, Tom served as the Director of Client Services at Cyberplex, specifically in their CX Interactive division. During their tenure from 2011 to 2014, they helped companies define and execute ROI-focused digital strategies by leveraging technology platforms.

From 2010 to 2011, Tom worked as the Chief Operating Officer at PSL Capital Inc., a private lending company in Canada. There, they contributed to the development and implementation of uniform lending principles for secondary mortgage financing.

Prior to PSL Capital, Tom held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at DECOSTA Marketing Inc. from 2006 to 2010. Tom excelled in implementing integrated marketing programs and ensuring consistency in brand messaging across various communication efforts.

Tom's career began in 2001 at Cyrca Services Ltd, where they served as the Director of Product Marketing and Client Services until 2006. Tom then joined OnX Enterprise Solutions as the Director of the Customer Service Assurance Centre until 2001. At OnX, they gained expertise in hardware and software sales, data center solutions, and IT services.
