Amna Warner has a diverse work history with experience in various roles and industries. Amna started their career in 2003 as a Textbook Clerk and Customer Service Associate at PackBackers Student Bookstore. Amna then worked as an intern at the Erie Art Museum and Mint Museum of Craft + Design in 2007. In 2008, Amna worked as a Sales Associate at Bath & Body Works. Amna later became a Graduate Student Intern at North Mecklenburg High School, Bishop Spa Academy, and Wilson Middle School in 2010.

From 2011 to 2016, Amna worked at Save the Water™ (STW™) where they held several positions including Social Media Manager, Social Media Content Assistant, Content Manager of Publishing Department, Project Leader of Publishing Research, and Social Media Intern.

In 2017, Amna joined PowerFlex as a Marketing Research Analyst and later served as an Office Manager/Executive Assistant. Amna then worked as an Admin Operations Assistant from 2019 to 2020, and currently holds the role of Admin Operations Coordinator starting in 2021.

Overall, Amna has a strong background in social media management, research, and administrative operations.

Amna Warner began their education journey in 2000 at Wake Technical Community College, where they studied freshman requirement courses in preparation for transferring to a four-year university. In 2001, they enrolled at North Carolina State University, where they pursued undergraduate work towards a BA in visual arts and history. This program lasted until 2005.

Following their undergraduate studies, Amna attended Edinboro University of Pennsylvania from 2006 to 2007. Here, they obtained a BA in Art History History. Continuing their education, they pursued graduate work towards a degree in Secondary Education and Teaching at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2009 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Amna Warner obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021.
