Eliseo R. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Eliseo began their career in 2014 as a Maintenance Supervisor at Grupo Bocel. Eliseo then worked as a Project Engineer at La Aurora Cigars before transitioning to the role of Quality Assurance Engineer at EDENORTE, S.A. In 2016, Eliseo joined Insight Pack International, Corp as a Project Manager and later became the Maintenance Manager. Eliseo'sjourney continued at Core Development Group, where they served as a Project Coordinator/Development Engineer before progressing to the role of Development Engineering Manager. Eliseo then became an Engineering Manager before joining their current company, PowerFlex, as a Senior Manager - Development Engineering in 2023.

Eliseo R. has a strong educational background in engineering and project management. Eliseo completed their Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. Before that, Eliseo attended Colegio Padre Fortin, where they received their High School/Secondary Diploma and Certificates from 1997 to 2009.

Eliseo further pursued their education by obtaining two Master's degrees. Eliseo attended Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra and Escuela de Organización Industrial from 2015 to 2016, where they earned a Master's degree in Project Management from both institutions. With these degrees, Eliseo has gained expertise in managing projects effectively.

Besides their formal education, Eliseo has also acquired various certifications throughout their career. Notably, they earned the SolarEdge Certified Commercial Installer qualification from SolarEdge Technologies in May 2022. Additionally, they hold the John C. Maxwell Certification from the John Maxwell Team, obtained in December 2020. Eliseo also has certifications in Procore Administration and multiple Procore Project Manager roles, obtained in December 2020 and July 2018, respectively. Eliseo further expanded their skills by completing the OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification from ClickSafety in August 2018 and acquiring the NABCEP Photovoltaic Associate qualification in February 2020.
