Po-Kuan Wu completed a Master's degree in International Economics, Energy Resources, and Environment from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) from 2017 to 2019.

Prior to that, Po-Kuan Wu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Diplomacy and International Relations from National Chengchi University between 2010 and 2015.

During the academic year 2013-2014, Po-Kuan Wu participated in a Study Abroad program at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, where they pursued a degree in International Relations.
