Responsibilities:
Developing marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals, target audience, and budget.
Managing and leading the marketing team, including hiring, training, coaching, and motivating team members to achieve their goals.
Creating and managing the marketing budget to ensure that resources are allocated effectively to achieve the desired outcomes.
Leading the planning and execution of all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Overseeing the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, landing pages, websites, social media content, and email campaigns, to ensure that they are on-brand and aligned with the target audience
Managing advertising and promotions, including media buying, ad copywriting, and campaign optimization.
Spearheading experiments and conversion testing, and optimizing user funnels and cross-channel experiences
Monitoring and evaluating the performance of marketing campaigns, using data analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts vis-a-vis KPI and ROI and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborating with other departments, such as sales, product, and customer service, to ensure that marketing efforts align with overall business goals and customer needs.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, attends conferences and networking events, and continuously seek to improve their skills and knowledge.
