Alex Tyler

Alex Tyler has a strong background in the medical industry. Alex currently works as the UK Sales Director at Powerful Medical, a pre-series A certified medical device manufacturer and deep tech research company. In this role, they oversee the development and sales of AI-powered products for diagnosing and treating cardiovascular diseases. Prior to this, Alex worked as the Head of Private Capital at psKINETIC from June 2021 to January 2023.

Before joining psKINETIC, Alex held various roles at Boston Scientific from 2014 to 2021. These roles include Therapy Development Manager, Executive Territory Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Territory Manager, all focusing on the field of electrophysiology. Alex'sresponsibilities included managing sales territories, developing therapies, and promoting cryoablation for treating various cardiovascular conditions.

Prior to their time at Boston Scientific, Alex worked as a Territory Sales Manager at Teleflex from 2012 to 2014, where they focused on vascular access and regional anesthesia products. Through their work experience, Alex has gained expertise in medical device sales, territory management, and the development of AI-powered healthcare products.

Alex Tyler earned a degree in Molecular Biology from The University of Sheffield, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. Alex later pursued further education at the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, graduating with an MSc in Business in the years 2019 to 2022.
