Michal Martonak

Michal Martonak began their work experience in 2018 as a Junior IT Consultant - Data Analytics at Johnson Controls, where they worked until August 2019. From September 2019 to December 2020, they worked as a Data Science Intern - Reinsurance Development at Munich Re (Group). In April 2021, they joined Powerful Medical as a Machine Learning Developer and later became the Head of Data in August 2022. In their current role, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of data management, analysis, and strategy at Powerful Medical, a certified medical device manufacturer and deep tech research company focused on developing AI-powered solutions for healthcare.

Michal Martonak has a Master of Science degree in Mathematics from the Technical University of Munich. Michal also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Financial Mathematics from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave. Prior to their higher education, they attended Gymnázium Jura Hronca.
