Katherine Byrd possesses extensive experience in training, development, and customer service within various industries. Currently serving as the Training & Development Manager at Powerhouse since October 2018, Katherine has held multiple roles including Assistant Training Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and Project Coordinator. Prior experience includes working as an Event Coordinator at The Freedom Center and in various capacities at Tom Thumb Food & Pharmacy, where responsibilities ranged from baking and customer service to management. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of North Texas, completed between 2014 and 2016.
