Bilal Ahsan

Bilal Ahsan serves as the Director of Business Development at PowerHouse since March 2024. Prior to this role, Bilal held positions as a Senior Sales Development Representative at OMNIA Growth Partner, and as a Sales Development Representative at Podium. From September 2019 to July 2023, Bilal excelled as the Sales Development Manager at Motive, where leadership of the outbound SDR team led to significant growth in sourced CCV and qualified pipeline, as well as the establishment of structured processes for recruitment and performance improvement. Bilal also demonstrated strong performance as a Senior Sales Development Representative at Motive, consistently achieving over 119% of sourcing targets in 2020 and 2021. Earlier experience includes a role as a Sales Executive at Digital Globe Services. Bilal holds a degree in Economics from the University of the Punjab and is an alumnus of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, where studies were completed between 2014 and 2019.
