Dusty Crumpton

Dusty Crumpton has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dusty currently holds the position of Sr. Director of Partnerships at Powerhouse Dynamics, where they have been working since February 2022. Prior to that, Dusty worked as a Director at The Middleby Corporation from May 2019 to February 2022.

Before their role at The Middleby Corporation, Dusty spent a significant portion of their career at TurboChef Technologies, Inc. starting in March 2005 until February 2022. During their time there, they held the position of Director of Controls Development and Engineering Implementation. In this role, Dusty was responsible for managing controls-related projects, tracking and prioritizing department projects, hiring developers and contractors, and overseeing the ECN release process.

Earlier in their career, Dusty worked as a Technical Writing Intern/HR Support at Centex Construction from December 2002 to January 2005. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Line Cook at Bill Miller Bar B Que from April 2000 to May 2002 and as a Customer Service Representative at University Bowl from June 1996 to April 2000.

Dusty Crumpton completed a Master's degree in Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing from the University of North Texas between the years 2002 and 2008.
