Vinny Gebhart

VP of Customer Operations at Powerhouse Dynamics

Vinny Gebhart joined the Powerhouse Dynamics team in 2019 as Vice President of Customer Operations. In this role, he is responsible for leading Powerhouse Dynamics strategy and efforts to create a consistently great experience for their customers and their employees. Vinny leads a Customer Operations organization that includes a 24x7x365 US based contact center, Customer Success team with deep energy management and HVAC expertise, and an international deployment team responsible for the implementation of the SiteSage solution in their customer locations.

Prior to this role his experience and leadership have been focused on developing and delivering technology-driven business services and solutions, providing outstanding client service, and driving profitable revenue growth. Most recently Vinny was with Upserve, a restaurant point-of-sale provider and Vista Equity Partners portfolio company. In this role he transformed the service delivery, operations, and business applications functions by applying Lean practices, process optimization, and customer focused execution.

Vinny is a proud graduate of Providence College with a B.S. in Computer Science. He is also actively involved in the community and sits on the Board of Governors for Leadership Rhode Island.
