Bardiya Nasoodi Shoar

Bardiya Nasoodi Shoar is the Head of Pipeline and Technology at PowerHouse VFX, responsible for collaborating with department leads, developing the studio's future pipeline strategy, expanding the TD and software development team, and managing and supporting the pipeline team. Prior to their current role, Bardiya worked at Rocket Science VFX as a Pipeline and Technology Supervisor and at Soho VFX as the Head of Pipeline. With extensive experience in software development and pipeline architecture, Bardiya has a strong track record of managing and supporting teams to deliver projects within specified timelines and qualities.
