Justine Gordon-Rhodes

Justine Gordon-Rhodes, Chartered FCIPD, currently serves as Chief People Officer at Powerleague since August 2022, bringing extensive experience in human resources across various prestigious organizations. Prior to this role, Justine held the positions of Head of People & Culture and Regional Human Resources Director at De Vere, where significant investments were made in their portfolio of modern country estate hotels. Justine's career also includes over a decade at Millennium & Copthorne Hotels, progressing through several HR roles, as well as prior positions at Paragon Hotel, Compass Group, and Sodexo. Justine's educational background includes studies at the University of Bedfordshire, Halesowen College, and Milton Keynes College.
