Julia Jones-Walker

Julia Jones-Walker is an experienced project and stakeholder engagement professional currently serving as a Project Engagement Coordinator at Powerlink Queensland since October 2024. Prior to this role, Julia held positions as a Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator at Unitywater and as a Community & Stakeholder Engagement/Operations Manager for Ted O’Brien MP, where strategic communications and relationship management were key responsibilities. Julia has extensive experience in parliamentary operations and communications, having worked for Fiona Simpson MP and in various financial services roles in the UK. Additionally, Julia co-founded and managed two businesses in the fitness and furniture sectors, receiving multiple awards for business excellence. Julia's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Communications/Social & Economic Policy from the University of Reading and a Certificate of Stakeholder Engagement from the International Association of Public Participation.
