Ofer Furth

Ofer Furth is a highly experienced legal professional and entrepreneur, currently serving as Chairman of the Board at Powermat since March 2020. Additionally, Ofer Furth is the Founder and Chairman of First Libra and First Libra Fund, the latter being Israel's inaugural litigation financing fund established in 2014, which has successfully raised tens of millions in initial financing. Since 2000, Ofer Furth has owned a practice specializing in litigation, corporate law, commercial law, and other legal areas. Prior experience includes serving as an Advocate at Berkman Weksler Bloom from 1997 to 2000 and command as a Major (Skipper) in the Israel Defense Forces from 1985 to 1992. Ofer Furth holds an LL.B in Law from Tel Aviv University, obtained between 1994 and 1997.
