Ashley Jacobs

Ashley Jacobs has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over several industries. Ashley is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Power/mation since 2024. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Director at RAO Manufacturing from 2022 to 2024, where they implemented HR technology and improved onboarding processes. Before that, they worked at Media Bridge Advertising as the Human Resources Director in 2022, where they focused on selecting and implementing HR-related technology. Ashley also has experience as an HR Manager at Dynamic Sealing Technologies, Inc from 2013 to 2022, where they transformed the HR role from tactical to strategic. Ashley served as an HR Generalist at World Data Products from 2011 to 2013, and at YWCA St. Paul from 2009 to 2011. Ashley started their career as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Tech-Pro from 2007 to 2009.

Ashley Jacobs has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota. In 2012, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI.
