Ion Ilovan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence, project management, and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Founder of PowerMetricsPro, Ion focuses on helping businesses transition from manual workflows to automated systems through RPA technology. Previously, Ion held the position of Operations Excellence Manager at Candela, overseeing the implementation of an ERP system in a startup environment. Ion's career includes significant roles at Unilode Aviation Solutions, where responsibilities spanned global digital operations and lean operations transformation in APAC, as well as at DHL, where Ion managed various projects related to operational performance and continuous improvement. Ion's educational background includes a Master of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Jönköping International Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Academia de Studii Economice din Moldova.
