Jetta Rihula-Olsen

Jetta Rihula-Olsen has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Jetta joined PowerOffice AS in 2017 and currently holds the position of Product Owner. Prior to this, they worked as an Accounting Consultant from June 2018 to October 2019, and as a Software Tester from March 2017 to June 2018.

Before joining PowerOffice AS, Jetta worked at Xerox from 2001 to 2015. During this time, they held various roles including XPS / XPPS Programme Executive - Nordics from November 2011 to December 2012, Service Delivery Coordinator for the Middle East/Africa region from October 2005 to October 2011, WSC Team Leader from March 2004 to September 2005, and WSC Technical Support and Process & Quality from August 2001 to March 2004. In these positions, they gained experience in service delivery coordination, performance monitoring, client relations, and team leadership. Jetta also served as a Senior Billing Specialist for DMO at Xerox from February 2013 to December 2015, where they were responsible for monthly invoicing, creating billing reports, and troubleshooting complex billing issues.

Jetta Rihula-Olsen obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Auditing from Nord University, where they studied from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies at Dublin Business School from 2002 to 2003. Jetta also holds a BA (Hons) in History of Art and Design from Staffordshire University, which they completed from 1999 to 2001. In addition, they studied at Sapienza Università di Roma from 1997 to 1999; however, no specific degree or field of study is provided for this period.
