Total Response is one platform for all emergency calls. It’s not just about EMD. Every call, be it for police, fire, EMS, or often, a combination thereof, deserves a thoughtful and structured approach to information gathering. Our scene specific questions and PAI’s for more than 80 police, fire, and emergency medical dispatch incidents ensure consistency on every call for help. PowerPhone has a long, proud history of moving the industry forward. In addition to being the bellwethers of dispatcher training, having trained more than 500,000 professionals worldwide, our software, courseware and training principles have become the de-facto standard for agencies across the U.S. and internationally. Our mission is to empower telecommunicators and give them the best tools, training and support they need to keep callers and first responders safe.
