Ashley Short

Ashley Short, M.Ed., serves as Supervisor of Customer Success at PowerSchool since March 2022, where responsibilities include driving customer return on investment, managing relationships through the post-sales journey, and collaborating with internal teams to create growth strategies aligned with customer goals. Prior to this role, Ashley worked as an Instructional Designer at CanopyEd, developing engaging digital learning content, and held positions in the Waynesboro School District as an ESL Professional and educator, managing a caseload of ESL students and advising general education teachers on best instructional practices. Ashley holds a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Eastern Mennonite University and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Longwood University.
