Carol Sustala

Carol Sustala is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales operations and enablement, currently serving as VP, Sales Operations and Chief of Staff at PowerSchool since July 2018. Sustala has held various senior leadership roles, including VP of Sales Strategy & Enablement and VP of Global Sales Operations at TriNet. As a founding member of the Houston Chapter of the Sales Enablement Society, Sustala contributed significantly to the field. Prior experience includes senior positions at Symantec, where responsibilities spanned global sales enablement and training, and roles at BindView and Bank One. Sustala holds a BA in Economics from St. Mary's University and an education from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business.
