Kerry Ferrara

Kerry Ferrara is a seasoned professional in customer success, currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Success at PowerSchool since August 2018, with a progressive career at the same organization including roles from Supervisor to Senior Manager. Prior to PowerSchool, Kerry held the position of Customer Success Advisor at TalentEd by PeopleAdmin and served as Customer Success Manager at Performance Matters, LLC. With a strong foundation in education, Kerry began a career in teaching at Nutley Board of Education, spanning over a decade. Kerry holds a Doctor of Education in K-12 Administration and a Master of Arts in K-12 Administration from Seton Hall University, along with a Bachelor of Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
