Tisha Woodard has a robust background in operations and shared services, currently serving as Vice President at Intrado since October 2017, where previous roles included Sr. Director of Shared Services and Director of Operations in Healthcare. Prior to Intrado, Tisha held the position of Business Process Analyst at West Unified Communications Services from November 2016 to October 2017. Tisha's early career at Sears Holdings Corporation spanned from February 2001 to September 2015, featuring roles such as Operations Manager, Process Improvement Manager, Manager of Sales and Service, and Team Manager. Tisha completed an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Lake Land College, followed by studies at Eastern Illinois University.
