Rami Diaz-Cooper has over two decades of work experience in human resources and recruitment. From 2015 onwards, Rami served as a Manager of Human Resources at Powertek Corporation, where they were responsible for daily HR administrative management and functional activities. Prior to this, Rami worked at Johnson Controls Federal Systems as a Senior Technical Recruiter from 2013 to 2015, providing full-life cycle recruiting for a world-wide HVAC/Construction company. Before that, from 2011 to 2012, Rami worked as a Human Resources Generalist III at WMATA, administering compensation activities and providing HR support for multiple departments. Additionally, Rami has also worked as a recruiter at Johnson Controls Federal Systems, Ideal Innovations Inc., and Federal Reserve Bank. They also have experience in managerial roles, having served as the Manager of Staffing & Compensation Services at The George Washington University from 2000 to 2005.
Rami Diaz-Cooper attended Herbert Hoover High School, where they studied General Studies. Following high school, they enrolled at San Diego Mesa College to pursue studies in Computer Science.
