Vadim Grinshpun

Vadim Grinshpun has extensive work experience in the technology industry, with a focus on technical architecture, development, and consulting. Vadim began their career in 1996 as a Co-Founder and Development Manager at ConsultX. Vadim then worked as a Technical Architect and Director of Development at Schwoo Inc from 2000 to 2001. From 2001 to 2003, Vadim served as a Technology Consultant at Bedford Square Technologies, specializing in cybersecurity strategy and software development. At Unisys, they worked as a Technical Architect from 2003 to 2013, where they gained recognition for their thought leadership and expertise in technical architecture. Vadim led various projects, including the modernization of software development culture and a complex sensor data integration initiative. Vadim then joined Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Senior Technical Architect and Project Manager in 2013 before transitioning to CGI as the Director of Consulting / Principal Solutions Architect later that year. In their role at CGI, they led architectural and development functions for the company's federal government practice, managing a team of 50 consultants and a $16M project budget. Most recently, Vadim joined Powertek Corporation as the CTO in 2016, where they developed intellectual property, built an internal research and development program, and executed go-to-market strategies for new intellectual property.

From 1983 to 1988, Vadim Grinshpun pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics at Universitatea de Stat din Moldova.
