Sefa Baser

Sefa Baser has extensive work experience in various tech-related roles. Sefa is currently working as the CTO at PowerUs, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Engineering at PowerUs from November 2020 to January 2022. From November 2019 to June 2020, they served as the Head of Tech at Campanda, and from December 2018 to November 2019, they were the Software Development Team Lead at the same company.

Before joining Campanda, Sefa worked at etventure as a Senior Frontend Developer from November 2016 to November 2018. Sefa also had significant roles at RDLab Technology, where they were the Frontend Team Lead from January 2016 to November 2016, and a Frontend Developer from February 2015 to January 2016. Moreover, Sefa has prior experience as a Software Developer at 6Kare from February 2014 to January 2015, and as a Freelancer from May 2013 to January 2014, where they developed a physics engine for computer games.

During their education, Sefa also had internship experiences. Sefa worked as a Game Programmer (Paid Internship) at Taleworlds Entertainment from February 2013 to May 2013, contributing to the development of the computer game "Mount and Blade 2" and focusing on artificial intelligence. Additionally, they worked at Taleworlds Entertainment from September 2011 to December 2011 as a Game Programmer (Paid Internship), concentrating on data compression and developing artist tools for 3D Studio Max. Finally, Sefa had a Java Developer (Paid Internship) position at TOBB ETU from February 2010 to May 2010, where they participated in the development of a software analyzing academically success rates of universities and faculties based on information from Web of Science.

Sefa Baser's education history begins with their enrollment at Yıldırım Beyazıt Anadolu Lisesi for an unknown period of time. Following that, they attended Ankara University from 2006 to 2008, where they pursued a degree in Astronomy. After completing their studies at Ankara University, Sefa Baser went on to TOBB Ekonomi ve Teknoloji Üniversitesi, where they studied Computer Engineering from 2008 to 2013 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. In 2012, they also attended VSB - Technical University of Ostrava for a year, continuing their studies in Computer Engineering and earning another Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree.
