Jeff Waters

Jeff Waters serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Powin since August 2023. Previously, Waters held the position of CEO at Maxeon Solar Technologies from August 2020 to October 2022, following a role as CEO of SunPower Technologies within SunPower Corporation from January 2019 to August 2020. Waters led Isola Group as President and CEO from January 2016 to December 2018 and was Senior Vice President & General Manager of Business Units at Altera from January 2012 to January 2016, prior to its acquisition by Intel. Waters also served as Vice President & General Manager of the Precision Signal Path Business Unit at Texas Instruments briefly in 2011 and held various leadership roles at National Semiconductor from 1997 to 2011, ultimately becoming Vice President of the Precision Signal Path Division. Waters has a robust educational background, with an MBA in Marketing, Finance, and Manufacturing from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
