Jennifer Lowrance

Jennifer Lowrance has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Jennifer is currently working as a DEI Program Director at Powin, starting in the year 2023. Prior to that, they were a Human Resources Business Partner at Powin from November 2022 to May 2023. Before joining Powin, Jennifer founded a company called StoryBridge Creations in 2020. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at M Financial Group, initially as a Senior Human Resources Manager and later as a Senior Manager Organization Development. Jennifer also has experience as a Human Resources Director at Salt & Straw from 2017 to 2018. Before that, they held the positions of Human Resources Manager and Senior HR Generalist at Papa Murphy's International from 2013 to 2016. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant and Director of Human Resources at AdvaMed from 2006 to 2011. Jennifer also served in various roles at the Human Resource Association of the National Capital Area from 2008 to 2011. Jennifer started their career as an HR Specialist at AABB in 2004 and worked as an HR Generalist and Assistant Property Manager at Boston Property Management, LLC from 2000 to 2004.

Jennifer Lowrance earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida from 1996 to 1999. Jennifer later pursued a Master's degree in Human Resource Education from Boston University, which they completed between 2002 and 2004.
